Directions
Take the A 494 south off the A5 just west of the town
of Corwen which is signposted to Bala. Just before the town of
Bala cross a bridge and turn left signposted to LLangynog and the
Bala Railway (Do not enter Bala High Street).
Half a mile later turn right onto the B4403 which runs along side
the lake.
3 miles down the B4403 you enter the hamlet of Llangower. Crossing
a bridge after a phonebox follow the road around and Tŷ Newydd is
the first cottage on the right.
Tan y Ffridd is directly afterwards on the left.

Tariffs
Weekly rates at Tŷ Newydd vary according to the time
of year between £220 and £415.
We are also pleased to offer short breaks from £150 depending
on availability and season.
